Nusa operates under an IUJP Production License and has established the technical, operating and commercial capabilities required to advance suitable lateritic nickel operating areas into production.

Current Production Operations
NICKEL ISDLAND PROJECT, CENTRAL SULAWESI
Nusa’s current Production operations are established within a 2,641-hectare third-party Production Operation IUP in North Morowali, Central Sulawesi. Nusa holds a 10-hectare contractual production allocation, including approximately 5 hectares currently designated across the PM and L2 operating areas, together with a Right of First Refusal over up to 700 hectares pre-approved for production.

The Project is located within approximately 170 km of the Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park, which includes 14 operating nickel smelters. IMIP also hosts approximately 50+ tenant companies and industrial operators supporting integrated nickel processing and downstream activities.

Active Production Footprint

Mining activities are underway within a 10-hectare pilot operating allowance inside a 2,641-hectare Production Operation IUP valid through July 11, 2031. The Company also holds a Right of First Refusal over approximately 700 hectares within the permit area that has been pre-approved for production.

Nusa has already demonstrated this pathway, advancing from drilling and mine planning into physical production without a standalone PEA or feasibility study.

The Production Process


Geological Overview
Overview: The Nickel Island Project is located in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, within the East Sulawesi Ophiolite Belt, a prolific nickel-bearing geological province that hosts long-established lateritic nickel operations. The region is characterized by extensive ultramafic rock sequences favorable for lateritic nickel formation.
Geology & Mineralization: Nickel mineralization is derived from serpentinized ultramafic bedrock (including harzburgite and dunite), which acts as the source rock for lateritic nickel systems. Tropical weathering of these ultramafic rocks has produced lateritic profiles containing nickel-bearing minerals commonly observed in Sulawesi laterite deposits. Garnierite (nickel magnesium hydrosilicate) has been observed across portions of the permit area, consistent with regional lateritic nickel systems.
Permitting & Operating Footprint: The Company operates on its pilot 10 ha parcel within a 2,641-hectare mining permit area and currently holds contractual rights to up to 700 hectares approved for phased production, providing a scalable pathway for ongoing and expanded mining operations.
Significant size: We have access to up to 700 ha of lateritic nickel rich land that has been approved by the Ministry of Energy & Resources for production.
