About Us

Nusa Nickel is a diversified, revenue-generating nickel company operating in Indonesia’s world-leading nickel industry through three core business areas: Production, Trading & Logistics, and Resource Growth.

Through its Indonesian subsidiaries, Nusa has established licensed Production and Trading & Logistics operations, providing the Company with the ability to participate directly in lateritic nickel production, commercialize its own production, aggregate third-party nickel supply and pursue the international brokering of intermediate nickel products.

Nusa’s operating businesses have already demonstrated commercial execution through audited Production revenue and inaugural Trading & Logistics sales. The Company’s longer-term strategy is to build on this foundation by scaling both operating divisions while acquiring direct interests in Indonesian mining assets, growing owned nickel resources and ultimately developing, producing and commercializing from assets it owns.

Nusa Nickel brings together Canadian capital markets, governance and resource-sector experience with Indonesian operating expertise, local relationships and deep knowledge of the country’s nickel industry.

This cross-border foundation is strengthened by the growing economic relationship between Canada and Indonesia, including the Canada–Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement, which is intended to create a more transparent and predictable environment for bilateral trade and investment.

Iswanto has over 20 years management experience including 15 years in hospitality industry working for International hotels chain such as: Shangri La, Starwood chain, and Marriott. In the last 5 years Iswanto has been involved in developing and managing coal and lateritic nickel production. He was CEO of a nickel trading company prior to co-founding and running a lateritic nickel mining production company. Iswanto holds a bachelor of economic degree. He resides in Indonesia.

Sukmandaru Prihatmoko

Director & Strategic Advisor

Sukmandaru (Daru) has over 30 years of exploration and mine development experiences inclusive of 10 years with BHP Minerals and other multinational companies in Indonesia. His experience includes developing more than a dozen of assets acquisition for Asia Gold/ Ivanhoe Mines in Indonesia. Daru also served as Chairman of Indonesian Association of Geologists – IAGI (2014-2020) and Indonesian Society of Economic Geologists – MGEI (2008-2012). He runs his mineral exploration and mine development consulting company. Daru holds a BEng – Geological Engineering and Master of Economic Geology from Australia. He resides in Indonesia.

Diaz Krisnayoga S.H.

Diaz has 5 years experience at consulting and developing business in mining, trading and other supply chain. He serves as Head Risk & Legal Counsel and trading for a Nickel trading company. Diaz also co-founded a lateritic nickel mining production company. Diaz holds LL.B in Law degree. He resides in Indonesia

Robert Tjandra

Director

Robert has over 25 years of combined experience consulting and developing businesses in construction, trading, oil and gas, fintech, and cleantech. After years with BP Petroleum, he has co-founded and grown companies in Indonesia to million dollars in revenue. Robert has served in executive and director positions on both private and CSE / TSX.V listed companies. He grew up in Indonesia and speaks fluent Indonesian and English. Robert holds a BSc in geology from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from PSBA Philippines.

Wiwing Syarifudin I.R.

Wiwing has over 20 years of operations experience. Wiwing background in manufacturing started in sales as a product engineer in the industrial tool sector, with extensive experience which includes operations director of an oil and gas drilling and production company , business development manager of a coal production company, and operation director of a renewable energy company. Wiwing holds Bachelor of Engineering in metallurgy degree. He resides in Indonesia.

Brandon Colwell

CEO of Nusa Nickel Corp

Brandon is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with over nine years of experience building and advising companies across the capital markets. Over this period, he has worked alongside hundreds of public and private companies, helping build strong relationships with investor groups globally. He currently serves as a Strategic Advisor to Golden Rapture Mining (CSE: GLDR) and previously co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Sagacity Capital Media, a corporate strategy and full-service marketing firm focused on emerging and growth-stage public companies. He specializes in assembling the right teams and building companies from the ground up, with a clear focus on long-term shareholder value.

Mr. Yanch boasts 12+ years of experience
in public markets, having worked as a
Senior Trader at a CIRO regulated Broker from 2012 to 2019, where he managed orders, including new issues/IPOs. Holding a BBA in Finance from the University of Guelph and various post-licensing certifications, such as CSC and CPH. Prior to his work in Capital Markets, he worked at his family run Oil Company, a business that has been operating since 1904.

Wesley Campbell

Wes has specialized in corporate storytelling and brand development in capital markets for the past 7 years. Wes possesses a comprehensive understanding of business, systems, and design, honed through his diverse entrepreneurial experiences. Co-founding Sagacity Capital Media, a full-service marketing firm, Wes discovered his knack for crafting distinctive corporate narratives through adventurous field documentary work within the mining industry. As a brand pioneer, Wes excels at creating impactful brand identities and has assisted dozens of companies in telling compelling and meaningful stories that resonate with their audiences.

Haji Surianto

Strategic Advisor

Haji Surianto is an Indonesian entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the nickel laterite sector. He began his involvement in the nickel sector as a mining
production contractor, also managing a fleet of over 30 dump trucks to support mining activities. After successfully developing his mining contracting company, Haji Surianto obtained several nickel mining permits, including a mining area in North Morowali that is currently in the production phase.
